Rolling Hills Estates is a quiet, scenic residential community located on 40 acres in the Township of Port Washington, just outside the City of Port Washington. Our neighborhood blends spacious homes, natural beauty, and a strong sense of community.

The association includes two private roads. Upper Ridge Road features 28 generously sized ranch-style condominiums, arranged as 14 side-by-side buildings with lower-level walkouts, each building situated on approximately half an acre. Lower Ridge Road features 12 spacious, unique, single-family homes, each on a lot of approximately half an acre.

At the heart of the community lies 18 acres of preserved natural conservancy land owned by the association. This wooded area includes walking trails, a winding creek, and abundant wildlife, offering residents a peaceful place to enjoy nature just steps from their homes.

Both Upper Ridge Road and Lower Ridge Road are quiet cul-de-sacs, creating a private setting with minimal traffic. Mature trees, scenic private roads, and thoughtfully maintained landscaping give the neighborhood its distinctive character.
